Welcome to Forever Padel. By booking a court, purchasing a membership, attending our venue, or participating in any activity at the club, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About Forever Padel

Forever Padel is an indoor padel facility based in the United Kingdom featuring 5 indoor padel courts, coaching programmes, events, leagues, and membership services. We are committed to providing a safe, professional, and enjoyable environment for all players and visitors.

2. Court Bookings

• All court bookings must be made through our official booking platform or reception.
• Bookings may require full payment at the time of reservation.
• Players must arrive on time and vacate courts promptly at the end of their session.
• Forever Padel reserves the right to amend or cancel bookings where necessary for maintenance, events, coaching, or operational reasons.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking may qualify for a refund or credit.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking time are non-refundable.
• No-shows will be charged in full.

4. Memberships

• Memberships are non-transferable and for personal use only.
• Membership benefits and pricing may change from time to time.
• Failure to comply with club rules may result in suspension or termination of membership.
• Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing.

5. Health & Safety

The health and safety of our members, guests, and staff is a priority at Forever Padel.

All players must:

• Wear suitable sports clothing and non-marking footwear.
• Use equipment safely and responsibly.
• Follow all instructions given by club staff.
• Respect other players and facility rules.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Dangerous or reckless behaviour.
• Playing under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Misuse of courts, equipment, fencing, or glass walls.
• Any conduct that places others at risk.

Any accidents, injuries, or safety concerns must be reported immediately to a member of staff.

6. Participation & Risk

Padel is a physical sport and participation carries inherent risks, including slips, falls, collisions, and sporting injuries.

All players participate at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to play.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

7. Children & Safeguarding

• Children under 16 must be supervised unless attending an authorised coaching session.
• Forever Padel is committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants.
• Abuse, harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

8. Personal Belongings

Forever Padel accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings while on the premises.

9. CCTV & Photography

CCTV operates throughout the facility for safety and security purposes.
Photographs and videos may occasionally be taken for marketing and promotional use. Please contact us if you do not wish to appear in promotional materials.

10. Data Protection

Forever Padel handles personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

Your information may be used for:

• Court bookings
• Membership management
• Coaching and event administration
• Customer communication
• Health & safety purposes

We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

11. Club Rights

Forever Padel reserves the right to:

• Refuse entry
• Remove individuals from the premises
• Suspend accounts or memberships
• Amend these Terms & Conditions at any time

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
